Original shipping is Free. It is our honor to have you as a customer and to celebrate we offer free original shipping, within the United States. Your items will ship within 2 business days of receiving your paid order. We ship USPS Priority Mail. We will email you the tracking number. As of now, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping worldwide.
We do not offer free return/exchange shipping. We get it, no matter how hard we try sometimes you need to make a return or exchange. We are sorry to hear that, and, if there is anything we can do to help before you make that return, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and if it is within our power to help we will move heaven and earth to make it work for you. If you absolutely have to make a return, please make sure you have a tracking number for the return shipment. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Like we mentioned above, we get it, sometimes you have to make a return or exchange. If there is something we can do to help you avoid a return or exchange, please do not hesitate to contact our founder, Elizabeth Moreau at firstname.lastname@example.org and if it is within in her power to make you happy, consider it done. If a return needs to take place, please return the garment in the condition it was sent to you, with all original labels, tags & packaging. Make sure you have a tracking number for the return.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. We will notify you by the email you provided when placing your order that the refund has been processed. Please remember that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post your refund to your account.

Cancel or Change Order:
If the order has not shipped, cancellation or change is possible, contact us immediately and will confirm back if we can cancel or change your order. Remember, your payment has been authorized, the chosen method of payment and your Credit Card Company or Bank will determine how fast an authorization will drop off or a refund can be completed.
Our sizing is by measurements ONLY. Since we are an Eco-Denim company there is a chance that our denim has been tailored or altered, to avoid any unhappiness and disappointment the best chance of knowing the garment is going to fit you exactly the way you want it to is to go by YOUR MEASUREMENTS. Please check your measurements against our garments to be sure it will fit.
