We get it, sometimes you have to make a return or exchange. If there is something we can do to help you avoid a return or exchange, please do not hesitate to contact our founder, Elizabeth Moreau at email@example.com and if it is within in her power to make you happy, consider it done. If a return/exchange needs to take place, please return the garment in the condition it was sent to you, with all original labels, tags & packaging. Make sure you have a tracking number for the return/exchange.
We do not refund return/exchange postage. (Unless, of course, it is our error)
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Once we receive your package, your refund/exchange will be processed within 2 business days. We will notify you by the email you provided when placing your order that the refund/exchange has been processed. We will provide you a tracking number for your exchange. Please remember that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post your refund to your account.
